Drusk Boss Timer
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Drusk Boss Timer Discord application ("the Service") processes information when you install or use it.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Discord identifiers: user, server, channel, and bot-created message IDs.
- Server information: server name, installation and removal timestamps, onboarding state, and regional panel configuration.
- User preferences: interface language, selected game region, reminder lead time, and notification pause status.
- User choices: favorite schedule items and alarm subscriptions.
- Notification records: scheduled occurrence, delivery status, related schedule item IDs, and an error message when delivery fails.
- Technical logs: operational errors and diagnostic information needed to maintain the Service.
2. Information we do not intentionally collect
The Service does not require privileged Discord gateway intents and does not intentionally read or store ordinary message content. It does not request your Discord password, payment information, precise location, address book, or private account credentials.
3. Why we process information
Information is used to provide regional schedule panels, save personal preferences and favorites, deliver requested reminders, prevent duplicate notifications, maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
4. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service, such as Discord and database or hosting providers. It may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, Discord, or the Service.
5. Retention
Notification delivery records are configured to expire after 90 days. Preferences, favorites, alarm subscriptions, and active server panel configuration are retained while needed to provide the Service. Limited installation or operational records may be retained for security, support, and abuse prevention.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You can remove favorites and alarms through the Service, disable direct messages through Discord, or remove the Service from a server if authorized. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your Discord ID by contacting us. We may need to verify your Discord identity before completing a request.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. We do not knowingly collect information from users who are not eligible to use Discord.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own through Discord and the infrastructure providers used to operate the Service.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the operators through the Drusk Store Discord server or open an issue in the project repository. Do not post sensitive information in a public issue.
