Drusk Boss Timer

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drusk Boss Timer Discord application ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

The Service provides community-maintained MIR4 event schedules, regional panels, favorites, personal settings, and optional Discord direct-message reminders.

2. Eligibility and Discord terms

You must be permitted to use Discord and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and applicable server rules. Server administrators are responsible for authorizing installation and panel placement.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, automate abusive interactions, evade platform restrictions, or use it in violation of applicable law or Discord policies.

4. Schedule accuracy

Schedules are provided for convenience and may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for confirming important event times in the game. The Service does not guarantee delivery or timing of reminders.

5. Availability and changes

The Service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features and these terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Third-party services and intellectual property

The Service depends on Discord and may reference MIR4. Discord, MIR4, Wemade, and their respective marks belong to their owners. Drusk Boss Timer is an independent community utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or game-related losses arising from use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Server administrators may remove it from their servers. Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect users, Discord, or the Service.

9. Contact

For questions, support, or legal requests, contact the operators through the Drusk Store Discord server or open an issue in the project repository.
